Privacy Policy

London MedAcademy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16225576, is the data controller for EssentialFRCS.

What we collect. Your name, email address, country, password (stored as a secure hash), and your activity on the platform (questions answered, notes, flags, exam results) so we can show you your progress.

Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we keep only a record of the transaction and the plan purchased.

Email. We use Brevo to send service emails and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.

What we don’t do. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the processors named above.

Retention and rights. You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted at any time via our contact page. Deleting your account removes your personal data from the platform.
